By far the more common questions we get are regarding which products to use and how to use them. That's why we've created our Crown Care Kits. These kits contain the products, tools and educational videos to help you moisturize and style natural hair all in a step-by-step process. Our goal with these kits is to simplify things as much as possible and reduce the learning curve. If you already have a kit and are here for a refresher, you can always purchase more LCO through our site as well.

Can I purchase the components of the Magic 3 individually?
No, the products are best used together. Breaking them up is not the best way to take care of your child’s hair and it slows down shipping times for everyone.
Can I purchase The Magic 3 without fragrances?
No, the products come in one great version!
Are the products appropriate for all porosity?
Yes, these nourishing products can efficiently moisturize all hair porosity.
Are the products healthy for my child?
Yes, they are natural based, do not cause build-up, and are free of Sulfates, Parabens, PEGs, Dyes, animal cruelty, and Mineral Oils. They are vegan friendly.
Can I order the products or a Crown Care Kit for a friend?

What is the shelf life of the products?
Unopened, the products are good for 1 year.
Can I use The Magic 3 on boys?
Of course! The products have a pleasant non-gender specific scent, and they work very well on all curls.
Is the 2 week webinar class appropriate for boy moms?

What if I can not find the email with the link after I register for class?
When you register for class please use an email you have access to. Look for any missing emails in your spam folder mark emails from Tutus as not spam. DO NOT use your spouses email or payment info unless you have access to it.
What if I can’t get my child to sit down during hair time because of sensory challenges and different abilities?
Kanisha is skilled in Cosmetology. She can teach you all the hair care skills need to build your confidence and routine for healthy hair. You will need to reach out to other professionals for guidance in other needs. Remember consistency is the key in all hair care situations.
