The Oils We Love


Nourishing oils are great for preventing breakage by strengthening hair strands, preventing dryness in the scalp and hair strand, sealing in moisture, and giving your natural hair that brilliant shine we all love to see. Here is a list of our favorite nourishing oils. Try them out and let us know which ones you like.


Hemp oil is great for promoting hair growth because it contains fatty acids like omega 6 and omega 3


Avocado oil is loaded with vitamins A, B, D, and E! It strengthens hair and adds shine.

Coconut Oil is rich in fatty acids and contains antibacterial, anti-fungal and antivirus properties. It helps prevent hair loss due to its protein content.

Jojoba oil is awesome because it is closest to the body’s natural sebum! It usually doesn’t cause any inflammation, or adverse reactions. The hair and scalp can easily absorb it. Plus, it’s lightweight! Any curl pattern can benefit from it, without being weighed down.

Rosemary Oil is great for stimulating hair follicles for hair growth, preventing hair loss, greying, reducing dandruff, adding strength to the hair, and boosting its shine.

Sweet Almond Oil nourishes hair with its abundance of vitamin E! It can also smooth hair cuticles to help control shedding , while promoting hair growth and retaining thickness.

Hemp Oil contains fatty acids, proteins, and nutrients that feed your hair into a healthy crown of curls. It also reduces irritation and itchiness of the scalp.

Palm Oil along with being packed with vitamin E, it has antibacterial properties that will eliminate parasites, and create a healthier environment for hair growth.

Argan Oil is known to make hair softer, and shinier by being a great conditioner and frizz fighter.
