Hair Care + Believing In Beauty in S. Cali

Wow! We are so happy we are coming close to where you are! This year two powerhouse women have come together to offer something for the adults ( the hair care class) and something for the young ladies ( ages11-18), Believing in Beauty. Everybody wants to join us, but since we are small, we can only have 15 people in each. So, DON'T wait to buy your tickets!

Our hair care class is designed to cater to the parents and will go over product and tools knowledge, hands-on practicing of quick, easy and versatile styling techniques (including cornrows, and twisting), a conversation about how hair impacts us socially and culturally. We will also have a Q&A session throughout the class. Your ticket price includes, snacks, a souvenir bag full of goodies, tools to use in class and take home, a certificate of completion, plus 3 months of free access to our private post class group!

You will be taught by one instructor, Kanisha Tillman, with over 11 years experince in the hair care industry. Kanisha aims to give you the skills to leave the workshop feeling empowered and capable of better hair care at home. 

The class is intended for ages 13 and up. Please do not bring small children.

Believing in Beauty is the brainchild of Tarrita Spicer. She is a succesful business owner of 2 companies, and mom of 3.  Believing in Beauty was created in 2009 to inspire young ladies to see the best in themselves and aspire to live their best lives.  Participants of Believing in Beauty 2020 will engage in interactvie activites centered around self-confidence, personal hygiene, health and wellness, bullying, and healthy relationships (ie. social media and friendships). Nobody leaves the day empty handed or with an empty heart. We are going to have all the warm and fuzzies!!
