Join us for an immersive and empowering 4.5-hour workshop designed to teach Black individuals how to care for and style their own hair! This hands-on event will cover essential hair care techniques including shampooing, conditioning, moisturizing, detangling, blow drying, and basic styling.

What You’ll Learn:

• Hair Care Basics: Proper shampooing, conditioning, moisturizing, and detangling techniques.
• Styling Techniques:Simple braid, Simple twist, Bantu knot, Adding beads or shells, Creating a ponytail, Shingling technique, and Adding crochet extensions
• Styling Considerations: Tips on achieving balance, complementing face shape, and direction of the style for a polished look.

Workshop Details:

• Participants: Must be 15 years or older. No extra guests allowed.
• Preparation: Come with hair free of matting, not in a style, and ready to shampoo.
• Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal catered by Delicia's by Lorena.
